These terms govern your use of Inverse4D ("the platform"), operated at inverse4d.com, including the website, NFC business cards, and all related services. By using the platform or activating an NFC card, you agree to these terms.

1. What Inverse4D Is

Inverse4D is a digital business card platform. We provide NFC-enabled physical cards and a web-based profile and dashboard system. When someone taps your card with their phone, they see your profile — your name, links, services, and booking option. You manage everything from your dashboard at inverse4d.com.

You own the content you upload (photos, bio, links, service listings). By uploading it, you grant us a license to display it publicly on your profile page and in connection with operating the platform. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Your dashboard displays analytics about your profile (tap counts, sources, device types, booking rates). This data is derived from visitor interactions with your profile. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that analytics are perfectly precise. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada. You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us before pursuing legal action.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
